A bold new label rebrand by Luc Boprey brought the brewery’s rebellious spirit to life, while a refined go-to-market strategy sharpened its competitive edge. We optimised distribution channels, expanded retail and venue partnerships, and implemented a data-driven sales approach to maximise market penetration.

 

With a stronger digital presence and targeted marketing, Heroes and Villains has achieved consistent year-over-year growth, standing out in a market where many craft breweries have struggled. Now, it's not just a brand—it’s a movement, continuing to expand in a crowded industry.
